Photo 677: Here's another street scene. Where was this Duke Power office located? Is the building still in use?

Photo 708: Who is this Florida Power employee, and where did she work? Is that an IBM Courier computer?

Photo 723: We figure this is Fayetteville Street in Raleigh since that's the Hotel Sir Walter on the left. Quite the collection of establishments with car dealers and tire store, restaurants. That looks like a 1959 Cadillac on the right so the photo must be from that era. What else do you see in the photos? Any memories to share?

The 1981 service department

Photo 584: Joe Hudson, a service rep in Customer Field Operations for Piedmont Gas in Nashville, helped us out with this photo, posted in December. “I've been with the company going on nine years. I can identify two former coworkers, both on the second row. The gentleman with black hair third from left is Dickie Miller. Dickie retired a couple of years ago with almost 50 years of service. Kelvin Woods, fifth from right, retired last year with 43 years of service. Both were legendary to the newer generation that I'm a part of. They both left behind a wealth of knowledge and set the standard for ‘the Service Man.’ I'm glad I had the pleasure of working with them.”
