Photo 264: Deborah Pettingill emailed us to say she was browsing through the June 28, 2018, retro and found this photo, dated Oct. 14, 1998. “I was one of the people who wore the Louie the Lightning Bug suit for Florida Power in the late ’80s early ’90s!”
