Joseph Fitzgerald and Troy Whisenant said they recognized the employee in photo 227 as Donna Mooneyhan. She was a chemist at McGuire Nuclear Station, and Whisenant said she developed a procedure used for trace anion analysis. Fitzgerald estimated the photo to be taken around 1985.
