Photo 285: Juan da Costa, who works in Lighting in St. Petersburg, said this photo was taken around 1992: “As a participant, I remember the event as an 'annual bed race' held during the City of St. Petersburg’s annual MLK Parade(s). We were all from old Energy Services (energy audits and efficiency programs, duct testing/repairs) on 25th Street, now known as St. Petersburg Operations Center."
