Photo 251: OK, this one isn’t a hard hat, but it is interesting. We believe these are Duke Power transit workers from the early 1950s. Do you happen to know any of them or where they were based?

Mysteries solved!
Several people recognized the two employees in photo 223 – including Richard “Skip” Seekamp, who is pictured. Seekamp, seated, worked with Dan Roeder, standing, at Carolina Power & Light. Seekamp said at the time he worked in the treasury department, and the photo was taken for EPRI because they had recently received its Technical Achievement Award in 1992.
