Several people recognized the two employees in photo 223 – including Richard “Skip” Seekamp, who is pictured. Seekamp, seated, worked with Dan Roeder, standing, at Carolina Power & Light. Seekamp said at the time he worked in the treasury department, and the photo was taken for EPRI because they had recently received its Technical Achievement Award in 1992.
