Photo 692: Who is this Carolina Power and Light employee, and what is he doing? Looks like he’s scanning an ID badge for a fellow with a bushy mustache.
Mystery solved

A number of people responded with information about Photo 625, the old McNulty Fire Station in St. Petersburg that was converted into office space for Florida Progress. The station was named after the fire department's second fire chief and is still standing and in use.
