Mysstery solved
Several people responded with information about Photo 615. This is Florida Power CEO Jack Critchfield and his wife, Mary. They were attending, said Charles Jackson, a “Clearwater Paint Your Heart out activity where volunteers painted low income residences or nonprofit locations.”
