Duke Energy’s 2023 online recipe book, “Tools of the Trade,” celebrates the frontline workers of our industry – lineworkers.
“Tools of the Trade” was developed with Johnson & Wales University and eight lineworkers from Duke Energy’s service areas. Each recipe was inspired by these lineworkers who were asked about their backgrounds, their motivations, their experiences and stories, and the role food plays in their lives.
Using these interviews as inspiration, chefs at Johnson & Wales University College of Food Innovation & Technology created hearty, delicious recipes for all of us to bring into our kitchens.
