The City of Conway will acquire the 152-acre Westmoreland Tract along the Waccamaw River for conservation purposes.

This grant will help the City of Conway to preserve wetlands along Conway’s beautiful waterfront, and the preservation of this land will help us to mitigate future flooding in our area. We’re elated to see what this partnership will mean for our Historic Rivertown and its residents.”
