Mysteries solved!

A couple of you emailed to identify the employee in photo 121 as Bill Carlson, who worked for Florida Power Corp. in St. Petersburg, Fla., in the 1970s. According to Steve Smirlis, retired meter technician, Carlson is testing a GE Watthour meter, which was installed in substations and plants.
